Editorial Policy
How MyGLPTalk sources, drafts, reviews, and corrects its content — and why you can trust it.
Our standard
MyGLPTalk publishes general educational information about GLP-1 medications, intermittent fasting, nutrition, and exercise. Every factual claim is tied to a named, linked source — typically an FDA label, a peer-reviewed study, or a major clinical trial. Where evidence is uncertain, we say so plainly rather than overstating it.
How articles are produced
Drafts are prepared with the assistance of AI research tools and are reviewed and approved by a human editor before publication. Nothing publishes automatically. Medical and drug-related content receives an additional review pass, noted on the page as "Medically reviewed by." Review dates are shown so you can judge how current a page is.
Sourcing
- Drug facts are anchored to the current FDA prescribing information.
- Efficacy and safety claims cite the relevant trial (e.g. STEP, SURMOUNT, SCALE).
- We link primary sources directly and avoid citing content we cannot verify.
Not medical advice
MyGLPTalk is not a substitute for professional medical care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend that any individual start, stop, or change a medication. Always consult a qualified clinician about your own situation.
